Thanks to the invention of split shifts, i’ve had a somewhat boyfriendless valentines day, which will continue until late tonight…..however, i’ve had a card, amazing photo frame with a cheesy tastic photo in it, two roses (for charity too, a double good deed) and a very cute card with pugs on, I got him a card and golly, apparently this is the best thing I could have bought ever….I also cooked a rather fantastic roast which he was greeted with in between shifts, what a wonderful wifey I am

Life is up in the air at the moment, rethinking career plans and where these will take place…the next steps are confusing but when it happens, I’ll know.  Missing home a lot more than usual, not because I don’t want to be here, but more I want to be nearer home, bringing someone from here with me, maybe one day, again we’ll see.

Today has become a girly alone day, watching a lot of American Idol and Hollyoaks, and probably a bath shortly….a very much prized day off  as I went into work yesterday on my other ‘day off’.  I’m very content in my personal life, just the other things to tackle…what a random selection of rambles.
